Who We Are
TriNow Consulting, LLC is a minority woman owned business founded by Shiree McGee. We specialize in just in time support for teachers and parents. Our mission is to increase positive family engagement in schools by providing professional development, job embedded coaching, enrichment classes, and 1:1 parent coaching for teachers and parents of elementary and middle school children. You gain the necessary skills to confidently lead and contribute to each child's academic and social success.
R.E.S.E.T., Reinforce and Engage Supportive Effective Teaching, supports the personal well being of teachers and parents. R.E.S.E.T. has repeatedly reignited hope and confidence, providing the tools needed to foster positive relationships and culture for the classroom and home.

Shiree McGee

Shiree McGee has over 16 years of experience as an educator.
She has successfully taught in both general education and special education settings.
Shiree’s mantra has been, “Set the expectations and your students will meet them.”
Throughout her time as an educator she partnered with parents and teachers, helping them improve classroom management and increase positive family engagement at home and in schools. She continues this work as an Education Consultant.
Shiree is the wife of Michael, mom of two amazing adults, Jonathan and Jada, and fur mom to her Shih Poo, Bearadocious.
Her vision is to see all teachers and parents partner with children through intentionality and wellness.
